Account Mapping
Account Mapping turns partnerships into sales pipeline. It helps you at different stages:
- Recruit new partners: Determine whether a potential new partner is a good fit based on a shared ICP
- Discover new sales opportunities: Discover where your accounts overlap with your partners' accounts so you can collaborate
- Close faster: Ask for warm intros from partners sharing accounts in your pipeline
This article gives you an overview of the module and links to everything you can do with it.
Prerequisites
Account Mapping is a purchasable addon for Kiflo. Contact your Kiflo account manager or Kiflo support to add it to your subscription.
What is Account Mapping?
When you and a partner both work with the same company, that company is an overlap. Account Mapping imports your list of accounts, compares them against the accounts your partners have shared, and surfaces these overlaps automatically. From there, you can decide which overlaps are worth pursuing and turn them into collaborations to track your joint work.
The module is built around three core concepts:
- Accounts: the companies you do business with. Each account is a Customer, an Opportunity, or a Prospect.
- Overlaps: an account that both you and a partner have. Kiflo detects these for you.
- Collaborations: a tracked, shared engagement on an overlapping account with a specific partner.

Key capabilities
Import your accounts
Bring your customers, opportunities, and prospects into Kiflo through data sources. You can upload a CSV file to get started in minutes.
Automatic overlap detection
Once your accounts are imported and your partners have shared theirs, Kiflo continuously detects overlaps and counts them per partner and per account type.
Overview dashboard
The Account Mapping Overview gives you a bird's-eye view of your whole ecosystem: an overlaps matrix, your most recent overlaps, your top partners by overlap count, and recent collaboration activity.
Per-partner mapping
Every partner has an Account Mapping tab on their profile, where you can drill into the overlaps and collaborations you share with that specific partner.
Collaborations
Turn a promising overlap into a collaboration to track notes, meetings, tasks, and attachments as you work the opportunity together with your partner.

Frequently asked questions
How do I enable Account Mapping?
Account Mapping is a purchasable addon. Contact your Kiflo account manager or Kiflo support to add it to your subscription.
Where does the account data come from?
You provide your own accounts through data sources (such as a CSV upload). Partner accounts come from the partners you work with in Kiflo.
What is the difference between an overlap and a collaboration?
An overlap is automatically detected when you and a partner share the same account. It is informational. A collaboration is something you create from an overlap when you decide to actively work that account together.
