How to read the Account Mapping overview dashboard?
The Account Mapping Overview gives you a bird's-eye view of all the overlaps across your partner ecosystem. This article walks you through each section of the dashboard.
Prerequisites
- You must have the Account Mapping addon enabled on your Kiflo account.
- You must have imported your accounts so that overlaps can be detected. See How to import your accounts with a CSV data source?.
Opening the overview
Navigate to Account Mapping in the top navigation and open the Account Mapping Overview.

The dashboard is made up of four sections.
Overlaps matrix
Shows the total number of overlaps detected between your accounts and all partner accounts. Rows represent partner account types (Customers, Opportunities, Prospects) and columns represent your account types. Each cell shows the number of overlaps for that combination, and you can click a count to open the matching accounts.
Recent overlaps
Lists the overlaps that were detected most recently. For each one you can see the Account name, the Source partner the overlap is shared with, the Account type, and the account Owner name and Owner email. Use this section to react quickly to newly detected opportunities.
Top partners
Lists your top 10 partners ranked by the number of overlaps you share with them. Each row shows the Partner, their Program, and their Customer overlaps, Opportunity overlaps, and Prospect overlaps. Click a count to see the overlapping accounts for that partner, or click the partner name to open their Account Mapping tab.
Recent collaboration updates
Lists the collaborations that were most recently created or updated, with the Collaboration, the Partner, the Account, and the Updated date. Use it to keep track of the joint work that is actively moving.
