How to set up automated emails for Partner Programs?

When working with partners, it is essential to keep them informed from the start. With Kiflo you can automate emails sent to your partner from the get-go. You can set up an automated email to acknowledge a partner when they have submitted a partner application form. Additionally, you can automate emails sent to partners if you accept or reject their partner applications.

Acknowledge partner signup

Send an acknowledgment by email to your partner prospects when they sign up from your website based on a template.

Here are a couple of reasons for setting up the acknowledgment of partner signup:

  1. Confirmation to the potential partner that their partner application was successfully submitted to the channel manager.
  2. Acknowledgment re-assures the sender that not only has the email been successfully sent, but that you are aware of its contents.
  3. If an acknowledgment email is sent quickly (which Kiflo does automatically for you), it suggests that as a recipient, you are both available and quick in managing requests, thus nurturing trust between both parties from the start itself.

To send automated emails for a partner application signup here are the steps:

  1. Go onto the Programs tab
  2. Click on a program
  3. Edit Automated emails
  4. Choose a template on the drop-down of "Acknowledge partner signup"

Don't forget to save your changes by clicking on the  Save button.

Notify accepted partner

Send an email to your partner prospects when their application is accepted based on a template.

To send automated emails for an accepted partner application here are the steps:

  1. Go onto the Programs tab
  2. Click on a program
  3. Edit Automated emails
  4. Choose a template on the drop-down of "Notify accepted partner"

Don't forget to save your changes by clicking on the  Save button.

Notify rejected partner

Send an email to your partner prospects when their application is rejected based on a template.

To send automated emails for a rejected partner application here are the steps:

  1. Go onto the Programs tab
  2. Click on a program
  3. Edit Automated emails
  4. Choose a template on the drop-down of "Notify rejected partner"

Don't forget to save your changes by clicking on the  Save button.
