What is a Partner Directory?

A Partner Directory is a public-facing web page that showcases your partner ecosystem. It allows visitors, such as potential customers, prospects, or other businesses, to browse your partners, search and filter by specific criteria, view detailed partner profiles, and submit contact requests.

You can create and manage directories from Manage > Partner Directories.

Each published directory is accessible via a public URL using the pattern https://{subdomain}.directory.kiflo.com   , where the subdomain is configured in your account settings.

Key capabilities

Public partner listings

Display your partners on a branded, public-facing page. Visitors can scroll through the full list or use filters to find the right partner for their needs.

Search and filtering

Configure filter criteria based on partner properties so visitors can narrow down results by location, specialization, partner type, or other attributes.

Partner profile pages

Each partner has a dedicated profile page with customizable sections. Default sections include Company Description, Partnership Description, and a Contact form.

Contact form and lead generation

Every directory includes a configurable contact form. When a visitor submits the form on a partner's profile page, a lead is automatically created in your Kiflo account, allowing you to track and measure the leads generated through your directory.

Full branding control

Customize the directory's colors, logos, headline section, call-to-action buttons, footer, social links, and legal links. The directory can be styled to match your company's brand identity so it feels like a natural extension of your website.

Custom code injection

Inject custom HTML and JavaScript into the head or body of your directory pages. This is commonly used to add Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, chat widgets, or other third-party tools.
