How to customize onboarding stages?

Stages are individual steps that describe your onboarding process. Please read this article to get more information about onboarding: Partner Onboarding. 

Add stage

Open the onboarding pipeline you want to edit, then click the Add stage button:

Fill in the form in this way:

• Stage name: Name of the stage. Choose a short and meaningful name. This name will be visible to channel managers and also to partners. 
• Description: This is a brief description of this stage. It is used to keep your pipeline organized. It is visible to channel managers and partners.

Edit stage

Open the onboarding pipeline you want to edit, then click on the stage name:

A new page will open where you can:

• Rename the stage
• Change the description
• Add actions to be completed by partners

Delete stage

Open the onboarding pipeline you want to edit, then:

• Move your cursor over the stage you want to delete
• Click the Delete button
