In this article

Create new pipeline

Go to Manage > Partner onboarding, then click the New pipeline button:

Choose a name for your new pipeline (ex: " Reseller onboarding", "Solution providers onboarding").

Define the pipeline visibility for partners:

  • Toggle on Visible to partner main contacts to make the pipeline, its stages, and actions visible to the partner main contacts. So they can complete actions from their partner portal.
  • Toggle off Visible to partner main contacts to hide the onboarding process from partners. They won't be able to complete actions from their portal.

Finally, click Add:

Delete existing pipeline

You have two ways of deleting onboarding pipelines:

  1. From the Partner onboarding page
  2. From a particular onboarding pipeline's page

From the Partner onboarding page

Go to the Partner onboarding page, select the pipeline you want to delete, then click the Delete button:

From a particular onboarding pipeline's page

Open the onboarding pipeline you want to delete, then click the Actions menu, then Delete:

Deleting pipeline with partners

You cannot delete an onboarding pipeline containing partners. You need first to move partners to another onboarding pipeline.

Change visibility for partners

At any time you can change the onboarding pipeline's visibility:

  • Make it visible for partner main contacts
  • Hide it from the partner's main contacts

In order to change the visibility:

  • Open the pipeline's page
  • Click on the Edit link in the About this pipeline section
  • Toggle on or off Visible to partner main contacts

How do you choose to hide it or make it visible?

  • Make the onboarding pipeline visible to partner main contacts if you have actions in stages to be completed by partners, from their portal. By doing so you empower your partners and give them autonomy.
  • Hide the onboarding pipeline if you want to track the onboarding internally, but never ever show it to partners.
