Certifications
Overview
The certification module helps you keep track of certified partners. You can define as many certifications as you want, then give those certifications to individuals (partner team members).
A partner team member can acquire many certifications and you can easily keep track of their validity.
Statuses
A certification given to a partner team member has a status. This status helps you track the certification's lifecycle:
- In progress: The certification is not valid yet, it indicates the partner team member is still working on the certification process
- Active: The certification is valid
- Expired: The certification expired and has not been renewed yet by the partner team member
- Renewed: The certification has been renewed
