Glossary

In this article you will find definitions for the wording used in Kiflo.

Asset

An asset is a document or file uploaded to your Kiflo Library that can be shared with partners.


Coworker

A coworker is a member of your internal team who has access to Kiflo.


Customer

A customer is a person or company that you already provide products or services to. Leads can be converted into customers, and deals may be associated with new or existing customers.


Deal

A deal represents a qualified sales opportunity.


Registered Deal

A deal registered by the partner who is the original source.


Group

A group allows you to segment partners—for example, by region, business model, or performance.


Lead

A lead is a potential customer (unqualified opportunity) that can be shared with or submitted by partners.

Shared Lead

A lead for which you are the source, and you assign it to a specific partner.

Submitted Lead

A lead submitted by a partner, or submitted by you on their behalf when they are the source.


Level (Tier)

A level, or tier, is a way to segment partners within a program. Each level can provide different requirements, benefits, and reward structures.


Partner

A partner is a company that collaborates with you to help deliver your products or services. Depending on how they operate, partners can be included in multiple programs with different reward structures, requirements and  benefits.


Payout

A payout is the compensation issued to a partner, consisting of one or more accumulated rewards.


Program

A program helps you categorize partners based on criteria such as partner type or geographic region. Programs can include unique levels, benefits, requirements, and reward structures.


Reward

A reward is a commission earned by a partner for completing predefined tasks, such as submitting leads, registering deals, or closing deals.


Team Member (Partner)

A partner team member is a user from the partner’s organization added to the Kiflo platform.


Transaction

A transaction is a payment you receive from customers for the products or services you provide.
