How to manage partner team members?
Save all relevant contact information for all partners in Kiflo PRM. Contacts are called team members in Kiflo. They may or may not have access to the partner portal. Team members are typically sales representatives, managers, or any person you are in contact with in the partners company.
In this article
Add a team member
- Go to Partners page
- Choose a Partner you will add a team member for
- Go to Team tab
- Click Add a team member button
In the form you will have the option to add details relevant to the partner. It is important that you input the correct First name, Last name and Email address as a user cannot change these later.
Please fill the following details for your partner:
- First name
- Last name
- Email - used for Partner Portal sign-in
- Phone number
- Job title
- Kiflo PRM Account (Discussed Below)
Delete a team member
- Go to Partners page
- Choose a Partner you will delete a team member for
- Go to Team tab
- Select the member you want to delete
- Remove button will appear
- Click and accept the removal on pop-up
Deletion of a Team member
Once you delete a team member, they cannot connect on the partner portal nor access the lead form anymore.
Change main contact
- Go to Partners page
- Choose a Partner you will change main contact for
- Go to Team tab
- Select the member you want to assign as main contact
- Click Change main contact
Access to Partner Portal
Among all team members on a partner, you can choose who has access to the partner portal or not. All team members who have access to the partner portal will see the same level of information regardless if they are a manager or a sales representative.
You can also add team members who do not have access to the partner portal just to save the contact information.
How to enable or disable access to the Partner Portal:
- Go to Partners page
- Choose a Partner
- Go to Team tab
- Click on Member name
- Enable or disable Kiflo PRM Account
