How to connect a partner application form?
We don't provide built-in forms (partner application forms, lead forms, etc). But we do provide an easy way to connect external forms with Kiflo.
- Use the JS SDK
- Use the Rest API
- Use an external provider like Google Forms
- Use our WordPress integration
Partner status
Regardless of the option you choose, you need to create Partners in Kiflo using the special status: Applicant. New partners created with the Applicant status are visible from the Program's page, on the Applications tab.
Use the JS SDK
The JS SDK is best suitable when you build the form yourself and want to connect it directly from your Website to your Kiflo account.
Please refer to the JS SDK documentation available in the developer section. Especially:
Use the Rest API
The Rest API is best suitable when you want to create partner applications from your backend and not directly from your Website.
Please refer to this page for more information: Create partner using API
Use an external provider like Google Forms
You can use Google Forms, Typeform, or any other external service that helps you build forms. In such a case you will use Zapier to get the form submissions into Kiflo.
Please refer to this page for more information: Create a Google Forms to get partner signups
Use our WordPress integration
This option is best suitable when you have a WordPress website and use WPForms to create forms.
WPForms is a free WordPress plugin that can be connected directly with Kiflo, without an intermediate solution, like Zapier. If you do have a WordPress website but use another plugin to manage forms (ex: Cognito Forms, Active Campaign, etc), you will use Zapier to create partner applications in Kiflo. Please read the previous section for more details.
