How to connect a HubSpot form to get leads from your website?

Kiflo offers native integration with HubSpot Forms, allowing you to connect the contact/demo form on your website and get leads directly into Kiflo. No code required, no third-party solution.

This works great when working with affiliates or referral partners who share referral links to drive traffic to your website. Leads coming via Kiflo's referral links are automatically attributed to the right partners.

Connect your form

On Kiflo:

  • Go to the Manage > Integrations > HubSpot page
  • Click on the Forms tab
  • Click on the button Connect HubSpot form

It opens the Connect HubSpot form window:

Configure the form

Fill in the form as follows:

  • Select HubSpot form: It lists all forms created in HubSpot. Choose the one you want to get submissions from.
  • Form type: Lead

Map fields

In the second section of the form, you must map fields with lead properties. This defines how new leads are created in Kiflo.

The following rules apply:

  • You can leave some fields unmapped if they must not end up in Kiflo. Just map the fields that correspond to lead properties.
  • The types of fields must be compatible: a text field must be mapped with a text field, a date field with a date field, etc.

When you're done, click the Connect button. That's it!
