How to connect a HubSpot form to get partner applications?

Kiflo offers a native integration with HubSpot Forms to get new partner applications directly into Kiflo. No code required, no third-party solution.

Prerequisite

You must first follow these instructions: How to connect HubSpot Forms?

Connect your form

On Kiflo:

  • Go to the Manage > Integrations > HubSpot page
  • Click on the Forms tab
  • Click on the button Connect HubSpot form

It opens the Connect HubSpot form window:

Configure the form

Fill in the form as follows:

  • Select HubSpot form: It lists all forms created in HubSpot. Choose the one you want to get submissions from.
  • Form type: Partner Application
  • Partner program: Choose the program level in which applications are created. It is mandatory.

Tips

It is recommended to create one form for each type of partners you work with. Then, create one landing page per partner type and embed the corresponding form.

Map fields

In the second section of the form you must map fields with partner and team member properties. This defines how new partners are created in Kiflo.

The following rules apply:

  • You must map at least the Partner name property. This is the bare minimum required to create a partner in Kiflo.
  • You can leave some fields unmapped if they must not end up in Kiflo. Just map the fields that correspond to partner or team member properties.
  • The types of fields must be compatible: a text field must be mapped with a text field, a date field with a date field, etc.

When you're done, click the Connect button. That's it!
