How to sign in with SSO?

The SSO option is only available on the Unlimited plan.

First of all, make sure you've enabled SSO following those instructions.

Single sign-on for channel managers (admins)

From the generic sign-in page:

  • Click on Sign in with SSO
  • Enter your email address
  • Click on Sign in
  • [Optional] Sign in on your identity provider if you are not logged on yet
  • You're in!

Note

You have to enter your email address in order for Kiflo to identify the potential accounts you can connect to, and whether they have SSO enabled.

Single sign-on for partners

From the partner portal sign-in page:

  • Click on Sign in with SSO
  • [Optional] Sign in on your identity provider if you are not logged on yet
  • You're in!

Note

The "Sign in with SSO" button is only visible to partners when the SSO option is turned on.
