How to customize partner prospection stages?
With Kiflo, it is possible to customize the partner prospection pipeline stages to suit your needs. We will show you how you can do that.
Edit prospection stages
There are two options for editing (rename, re-order, delete) prospection stages.
The first option to edit prospection stages includes the following steps:
- Go to Account, click Partners, and scroll down to Prospection Pipeline
Once there, you can access all the prospection stages.
The second option to edit prospection stages includes the following steps:
- Go to the Prospection board from the main menu and click on the edit pipeline link
The link will direct you to the same page to access all the prospection stages.
On this page, you have the option to Add a new stage, Delete, Edit, or Re-order stages
Closed Won/Closed Lost stages
Whenever you add or edit a stage, you also have the option to associate a Corresponding stage:
- Closed Won
- Closed Lost
In each of those Corresponding stages, you change the behavior of Kiflo.
By default, you can leave it empty for all stages your partner is in status prospect.
Closed Won
The stage corresponding to Closed Won is when a prospect has been won. For instance, you did a qualification call with the Partner, and after a few meetings, you decided to become partners. In that case, you can move this Prospect to the Closed Won stage.
When you move a Prospect to the Closed Won stage, a pop-up will appear, and you can activate the Partner or start the onboarding process.
Closed Lost
For instance, when a Prospect is lost because it wasn’t a good fit, you can move the Prospect to the Lost stage.
