Creating an FAQ is a fantastic way to have more self-sufficient and autonomous partners. It will also save you time as you won’t have to constantly reply to the same questions.

To ensure you provide your partners with instant answers through FAQ, follow these steps:

  • Go to the Help Center
  • Go to Collections
  • Click on Add collection and name it FAQ

Once done, you can write one or multiple articles and link each article to the FAQ collection.
