How to create an Article?
Articles make it easy for you to share information with your partners and provide them instant answers. We will show you how you can easily create articles on Kiflo.

Create an article for the Help Center
To create articles for your partners on the Help Center, follow these easy steps:
- Go to Manage
- Go to the Help Center
- Click Add article
- Give the article a Title
- Add a Description
- Associate the article with at least one collection
Once there, you can add text to the article. You also have the option to add videos or images.
Visibility of articles
Once you have created articles, you have control over who can access the article. To get started, follow the steps below:
- Click on Edit in the “About this article” section
- Select the partner program levels for who this article will be visible in the “Visible to” field
When articles are published, they will only be visible to partners in the corresponding programs.
Viewing article metrics
You can view article performance with the help of metrics. This will allow you to improve articles with bad ratings or less views.
For each article, you can see the number of views, based on how many times partners viewed that specific article.
Articles will also have a rating which is beneficial as it assists you with seeing how well-written content is and whether partners find it useful.
