How to invite coworkers?

Follow the steps below, and you'll be able to provide your coworkers access to Kiflo. Providing access to your coworkers can help you scale and manage your partners more effectively! 

Steps to Invite Your Coworkers

  • Go to "Manage" in your Portal

  • Click on the "Team" box

  • Click the "Add a User" button

  • Enter your coworker's details
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email Address
    • Phone Number
    • Job Title
  • Choose the role for this new user

How to choose the role?

Please refer to this article that describes each role. It is a best practice to stick to principle of least privilege, granting only the necessary permissions but no more.

How will new coworkers connect on Kiflo?

Your coworker will receive an email to activate their account on Kiflo PRM and will have the same level of rights as you. In the email, they will have a link on which they will be required to click to activate their account.
