How to change sender email address?

By default, all emails sent by Kiflo are sent from the address noreply@kiflo.com. This is the address visible in the From field in the recipient's inbox.

Configure sending domain

By default emails are sent from the domain: kiflo.com. You can choose to send emails from your own company's domain.

Configure the sender email address

To configure the email address used to send emails from:

  • Go to Manage > Emails setup
  • Edit the Send Emails from

Warning

You need to authorize Kiflo to send emails from your domain first. This is done by configuring the correct DNS records. Please refer to this article: How to configure sending domain?
