How to configure sending domain?

By default, all emails sent from Kiflo are sent using the domain You can customize it to send emails from your own domain.

Configure sending domain

To change the sending domain:

  • Go to Manage > Emails setup
  • Click the Add sending domain button 
  • Enter your domain
  • Click the Add button

You need to allow Kiflo to send emails from your domain. This is done by configuring your DNS records:

Add those records to your DNS provider, and click the I've added these records button to validate the DNS.

It can take a few hours to propagate the changes but it's usually done in a matter of minutes.
