ChatGPT
Connect ChatGPT to Kiflo to run your partner program from ChatGPT: ask questions about your partners and their activity, keep your records up to date, build reports and plan your next actions.
Prerequisites
- You need to be a coworker of the workspace. Partner team members can't connect ChatGPT to Kiflo.
- You need a ChatGPT account that can add custom MCP servers. On a ChatGPT Business or Enterprise workspace, your admin may need to allow them first.
How it works
ChatGPT connects to the Kiflo MCP server, which gives it a set of tools to read and update your Kiflo data. ChatGPT sees only what you can see in Kiflo, and can only do what your role allows. Each connection is linked to one workspace.
Kiflo is not listed in the ChatGPT directory yet
Kiflo is being reviewed to be listed in the ChatGPT app directory. Until then, add the Kiflo connector manually as a custom MCP server, as explained below.
Add the Kiflo connector
To add Kiflo to ChatGPT, follow these steps:
- In ChatGPT, go to Plugins
- Click the plus button, then Add custom MCP server
- Name it Kiflo and paste the MCP server URL
https://mcp.kiflo.com/mcp - Choose OAuth as authentication, confirm the warning, and click Create as a plugin
- Sign in to Kiflo if you're asked to
- On the Kiflo screen, pick the Workspace to connect, check what ChatGPT will be able to do, and click Allow
📸 Screenshot: The Kiflo consent screen, titled chatgpt.com wants to connect to Kiflo, with the Workspace list and the Allow button.
You can now ask ChatGPT questions about your Kiflo data. You find the same MCP server URL and steps in Kiflo, in Manage > Integrations > ChatGPT, on the Setup tab.
Available tools
ChatGPT picks the right tools for each question. Depending on your ChatGPT settings, it may ask for your confirmation before it uses a tool that changes your data.
