How to invite multiple partners at once?
When configuring your new Kiflo account it is common to import all your partners without giving them access to the portal. This gives you the required time to configure your account, customize the partner portal, and integrate Kiflo with the rest of your ecosystem.
When you are ready to launch your program you can then invite all partners at the same time. This article describes how to do it.
Enable access to the partner portal
In order to invite many partners at once follow these steps:
- Go to the Team Members page
- Optionally filter team members to find the ones who are not active yet
- Select the team members you want to invite
- Click the Update button
Then:
- Select the property "Has access to Kiflo"
- Set the value "Yes"
- Click Next
- Select the email that will be sent to all the selected team members
- Click Update
Only the team members who do not have access to the portal yet receive the invitation by email. The active team members do not receive an email.
Disable access to the partner portal
If you want to disable access to the portal to many partners at once, follow steps 1 to 4 described in the previous section.
Then:
- Select the property "Has access to Kiflo"
- Set the value "No"
- Click Update
Only the team members who have access to the portal will be updated. Team members who do not have access to the portal are not updated.
Resend invitation links
If you would like to resend the invitation link by email to all partners who haven't connected to the portal yet, please follow these steps:
- Go to the Team Members page
- Select the team members you want to re-invite
- Click the Send link button
- Select the invitation email to be sent
- Click Send
