How to map deal stages with HubSpot?

When the HubSpot integration is turned on, deals in Kiflo are synced with deals in HubSpot.

Every time a deal moves to a new stage in HubSpot or in Kiflo, the corresponding deal will move to the mapped stage on the other side.

This article describes how deal stages can be mapped.

Before you begin

  • Make sure the HubSpot integration is enabled: HubSpot
  • And you turned on the right settings to sync deals: Settings

To configure deal stages mapping:

  • Go to the Manage pas
  • Click on Integrations
  • Click on HubSpot
  • Click on the tab Mapping
  • Then select Deal stages

Choose the target deal pipeline

There is only one deal pipeline in Kiflo but you may have many deal pipelines in HubSpot. Kiflo sends deals to only one of your pipelines in HubSpot.

You can select the target pipeline from the list: Create deals in Hubspot pipeline

Map deal stage

Every deal stage in Kiflo must be mapped to another deal stage in HubSpot. And vice-versa.

If you do not have the same number of stages in Kiflo and HubSpot, you can map the same stage multiple times.

Edit mapping

On the left columns are all the stages in Kiflo. On the right column are all the stages in HubSpot.

Below, the stage Qualification in Kiflo is mapped with the stage Q&A in HubSpot:

In the example below, there are more stages in HubSpot. Two additional stages represent the steps after the closing:

  • Onboarding ; and
  • Upsell

Common errors

On the mapping page, you may see the following warning:

Or the following errors:

They indicate something is wrong with the mapping and must be corrected. Usually, because some stages changed in HubSpot or in Kiflo you need to adjust the mapping accordingly.
