Common use cases

Detect top-performing partners

The Metric changed trigger can assist in automatically detecting top-performing partners in a specific period.

Go to the Partner entity and select a Metric name, such as Registered deals, specify the period, and set a condition like more than 3.

If you expect your partners to register three deals in the last month, and they manage to surpass this goal in the previous month, the workflow will be executed.

The workflow can trigger actions, such as sending a congratulatory email to the top-performing partner.

Detect low-performing partners

You can also use the Metric changed trigger to detect partners submitting insufficient leads in a specific period automatically.

On the Partner entity, select the metric Submitted leads and a period and set a condition like is less than 2.

If your partner has submitted less than two leads within the selected period, for example, last quarter, this workflow will be executed. In your workflow, you can send an automated email and ask your partner if they require assistance.
