How to mention?

Notes and comments are effective for including additional information on a record like a partner or a deal. It is possible to mention coworkers in notes and comments to make sure they don't miss any. We’ll show you how to do that.

Mentioning a coworker

Follow the steps below to get started.

  • Go to the record (Partner, Lead, Deal...) you want to create a note or comment for
  • Create a note or a comment
  • In the content of the note or comment you can mention a coworker by writing an @


Once the note or comment is created, the mentioned person will receive an email notification letting them know that they have been mentioned.
