How to write a note?
On Kiflo, it is possible to write notes, for example, to add additional information to a record, such as a partner or a deal. We will show you how to do this.

Writing a note
Writing notes is easy. Follow these steps to get started:
- Go to the record you want to write notes about (Partners, Leads, Deals, Customers, Payouts)
- Go to Notes
- Click on Add a new note
- Once done, press Add
In the note, you can write some text, insert links and images. You can also format the text, such as highlighting, underlining, and changing the color of certain text.
You also have the option to attach files to notes if needed.
One last thing, you can also mention people in notes.
Notes visibility
Notes about Partners, and Customers will be visible to you and your team.
When you write notes relating to Leads, Deals, and Payouts, they can be shared with Partners. All you need to do is toggle the button, so this happens.
Notes notifications
The partner will receive an email notification informing them that a new note has been created if it is visible to the partner. The partner will be able to access and comment on the note in the Partner Portal.
