Why my business plan does not show up?
Business plans are a great way to set objectives with a partner. However, there are some instances when the business plan might not show up on your partner’s side, and we will explain why.

Business Plan statuses
To understand business plan visibility, you need to understand business plan statuses. There are different statuses that you will see, and these include:
- Draft: visible to you, not the partner
- Validated: visible to you and the partner. This status will move automatically from Validated to Active if the business plan is in the Start/End period
- Active: visible to you and the partner. The business plan tab will also be visible on the associated partner.
- Closed: the business plan period is past
- Canceled: the business plan has been canceled
Why business plans don’t show up
Once a business plan has been validated, it will be visible to your partners from the business plan menu. If you decide to cancel the business plan, it will remain visible to your partner.
If you don’t see your business plan on the partner's page, this could be due to the status not being active. To see a business plan on the partner's page, it should be active, meaning it must have been validated and between the start and end period.
