How to review partner permissions on assets?

You might have several assets in Kiflo and may want to review who has access to these assets.

Reviewing partner permissions on assets

To get started, follow the steps below:

• Go to Manage
• Click on Assets
• Click Edit the corresponding asset.

To review permissions, first review the “Who has access” section. You will see three options:

• My team: it means it is just for internal usage. Partners won’t have access to this asset.
• Everyone: access has been granted to everyone, and the asset is available for all the partners.
• Some partners: assets have been restricted to a set of partners.
  To see which partners have access to this asset, click on Review permissions.
  You'll see the list of all partners who have access to this asset.
