How to customize partner onboarding?

You can customize the onboarding process for your partners, in order to match your process. 

In this article

To customize the stages, from the main menu go to  Manage > Partner onboarding:

Add stage

  • Click the Add stage button
  • Choose the name of the stage
  • Click Add

Don't forget to save your changes by clicking on the  Save button.

Edit stage

Rename an existing stage:

  • Click on the Edit button on the right side
  • Choose a new name
  • Click Ok

Don't forget to save your changes by clicking on the Save button.

Delete stage

Delete an existing stage:

  • Click on the Delete button on the right side
You cannot delete a stage that contains partners. You need first to move all the partners to another stage before deleting it.

Don't forget to save your changes by clicking on the Save button.

Reorder stages

You can reorder the existing stages using the arrow buttons on the left.

Don't forget to save your changes by clicking on the Save button.
