Connect Freshchat to Kiflo and provide live support to your partners.
Create your Freshchat account
Go to Freshchat and create your free account.
Get your Token & Host
In order to add Freshchat to Kiflo, you need to get your Token and Host.
To do so, follow these steps:
- Once you're signed in, go to your settings by clicking the "Gear" in the left menu.
- Click on "Web messenger".
- Copy your token from the code snippet
Your Token should look like this "e9c396a6-950c-58e3-a92y-95561f0b880e"
Your Host depends on your data center location.
It could be "https://wchat.freshchat.com" (United States), "https://wchat.eu.freshchat.com" (Europe), "https://wchat.au.freshchat.com" (Australia), "https://wchat.in.freshchat.com" (India)
Enable Freshchat integration on Kiflo
Now it's time to enable Freshchat on Kiflo.
To do so, follow these steps:
- Go to "Manage"
- Click on "Integrations"
- Click on "Freshchat"
- Click on "Add to Kiflo" to enable Freshchat integration
- Paste your Token, Host and click "Save"
Test it!
To test if Freshchat was successfully installed, sign-in as a Partner, and the Freshchat icon should appear.
Now it's time to write an amazing message and send it.
Open your Freshchat App and you should see a new message coming from your Partner.
The email, first name, and last name for your Partner should be visible too.
In the custom User Properties section, in the right menu bar, you will also find the name of your Partner.
