How to share asset links with partners?
There might be instances where you may want to share a particular asset with a partner. For instance, to include an asset in an email template. To do so, you’ll need to get the asset’s share link. We will show you how to get started!
📢 Important notice
As a channel manager, don’t copy-paste the URL when sharing an asset. Partners use a different domain to access their partner portal, so they won’t be able to access the asset if you do so.
Thus, you'll need to follow the instructions in this article.
How to get an asset share link?
To get the asset share link that you will share with partners, go to the Assets page. Once there you will have two options:
- Using the shortcut
- Opening the asset
Using the shortcut
Move the cursor next to the title of the asset where a button will appear to find the option to Copy share link:
This will copy the link to your clipboard, and you can send it directly to the partner.
Opening the asset
Open the asset's page. On the top right section, you will find the Copy share link option, which will be copied to your clipboard, allowing you to share the link with your partners
