The feature is only available to registered users; to use it, you will need to request access.

How to connect your Google Calendar account?

Click on the top-right menu, then:

  • Go to Profile
  • Click Calendar
  • Where you will find access to the Connect button

  • Follow the authentication flow by enabling Kiflo to gain access to your Google Calendar by clicking Allow
  • Once Kiflo has access to your calendar, the status will change to Connected

How are meetings synced automatically?

All meetings are automatically synchronized from Google Calendar, where they are imported to Kiflo about Partners, Leads, and Deals.

This is done for new or updated meetings.

It’s important to note that meetings scheduled before you connected Kiflo with your Google Calendar will not be synced. Therefore, you will need to modify or create a new meeting.

Partners

Meetings for partners are synced based on the team member’s email address.

For a meeting to appear, one of the listed partner’s team member’s email addresses must be included in the meeting schedule as an attendee.

Leads

For meetings for leads to appear automatically on Kiflo, the lead’s email address must be included in the meeting schedule.

Deals

Meetings for deals will only automatically appear if you use an associated contact’s email address for the deal.

Which types of meetings are synced?

On Google Calendar, there are different types of meetings. However, the only meetings that will be synced automatically are one-off meetings.

For recurring meetings, we will only present the first meeting that occurs.

Other kinds of events like tasks, out-of-office, or focus time are not synced.
